The Myst Bukit Timah, a brand-new development situated perfectly at the core of Bukit Panjang and Cashew, is brought to us by City Developments Limited (CDL) Aries. An affiliate of the biggest non-government-controlled developer in Singapore, they secured the rights to two adjoining spots – 798 and 800 Upper Bukit Timah Road in northwest Singapore’s Tan Chong industrial park. This estate consists of 16,620 square metres (178,900 square feet) and is categorised for residential use with a plot ratio of 2.1. CDL is held to construct a project up to 24-storeys on the prime property.
